1. Listening to LPs is good for your health

Up to 70 per cent of North Americans spend six to eight a day sitting and many spend much more. Researchers looked at guys 20 to 30 and found that prolonged sitting causes blood to pool in the legs and reduces blood vessels' ability to expand by 50 percent. That contributes to heart disease, diabetes and cancer--and just feeling lousy! But if you ambulate for 5 minutes every hour (or every 20 minutes per LP side) you'll preserve blood vessel flexibility and dodge all kinds of health problems. UL 16Oc14
