John F. Allen will moderate a sure-to-be-lively discussion
of the true state of the art in the design of modern concert halls, including
a special focus on the new Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville as
well as recent acoustic improvements at Boston's Symphony Hall. This very
special meeting features a blue ribbon panel of experts that is sure to
enlighten and entertain.
This is an open joint meeting of the Acoustical Society
of America, the Audio Engineering Society, the Boston Audio Society and
the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers.
